Our Prosthodontists in Memorial, Houston
Dr. Xavier Saab completed his residency and specialty training in Prosthodontics at The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center Dental Branch, where he received his Master of Science degree. Dr. Saab also completed a residency rotation in the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Department of Head and Neck Surgery. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the graduate program of the UTHHSC Dental Branch Department of Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Saab is highly renowned for lecturing and teaching continuing education to dentists around the world in Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics.
Dr. Saab hails from a family of dental specialists and grew up assisting his father, a Periodontist. He completed his doctorate at the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador as the valedictorian of his class and Magna Cum Laude graduate. With these honors and extensive experience at the University of Texas, he was awarded a full scholarship for his residency.
Dr. Saab is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists. He also trained at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, which makes him highly qualified to treat extensive and complex restorative cases.
He enjoys treating senior patients, doing complete makeovers, and most of all, giving his patients their smiles back. In his free time, Dr. Saab enjoys reading and sculpting, which enhances his skills and gives him a much better perception of form and aesthetics. Dr. Saab is fluent in Spanish and has some knowledge of Italian.
Dr. Gittleman received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his prosthodontic residency at the University of Texas in Houston’s Medical Center. He has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on dental implant and cosmetic reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Gittleman holds an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor position in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics at The University of Texas School of Dentistry.
Over the last 30 years, he has been recognized by the industry for his creative talents and expertise. Dr. Gittleman has authored numerous articles and has received 18 United States Patents to date in the field of dental implantology and is the inventor of the Snap Coping™ clinical technique.
He maintains a full-time private practice in the Greater Houston area where he built and designed his in-house dental laboratory. Dr. Gittleman is married to Cathie Gittleman, D.D.S. and has two lovely daughters: Alexandra and Rachel.

Dr. B. Peter El-Dahdah is a practicing prosthodontist at Houston Prosthodontic Specialists based out of Houston, Texas. A graduate of the Ohio State University, he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from their College of Dentistry in 2012. He was awarded the Dr. Harold E. Hal and Faith B. Barlow Dental Research Scholarship and completed an externship at THE CLINIC in DIFC, Dubai, UAE. Dr. El-Dahdah was awarded his certificate in Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree upon completion of his prosthodontic residency program in 2016 at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. He completed a residency rotation at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Department of Head and Neck Surgery. Since then, he has been the lead restorative dentist of his clinic in the Sugar Land community and has furthered his implant training through Implant Direct and Zest Academy continuing education courses.
Dr.El-Dahdah believes that each patient should be treated like family. He has been commended numerous times for his thoroughness and gentle care that is tailored to each patient’s specific needs and wants. It is his priority to improve every patient’s oral health and give them back the smile they deserve.
Dr. El-Dahdah is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society where his advice is often sought out among his network of general dentists and specialists. He is fluent in English and Arabic. He enjoys spending his spare time with family, playing tennis, skiing, traveling, and trying different cuisines.
